AFT is a family business founded in 1978.
We’re situated in the “La Touraine” region amongst castles and vineyards and are close to a motorway network giving quick access to all major French cities and ports.
AFTs mission is to provide services concerning processing of dry powder in the beginning, middle or end of your supply-chain

We meet your needs of coarse and fine grinding, cryogenic grinding, jet-milling, air classifier micronisation, screening, mixing, impregnation and coating of dry powder.
AFT is a tolling company with markets in food, feed, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, chemical and technical industries.

A trend towards out sourcing

The increasing interest in outsourcing activities is mainly due to :

Outsourcing provides flexibility and eliminates fixed costs.
The cost of outsourcing may be lower than the real internal costs.
Increasing small batch production, for which a fully dedicated production unit is not required.
Equipment and dedicated plant required are expensive: many companies do not have sufficient volumes to justify the expense.
Specialized experts are needed to manage and resolve technical issues such as granulometry specifications and particle size profile of the final Product.
Business contingency plan: with a back-up outsourced micronisation provider, safety requirement are satisfied.
